Reblog! Even if you don’t live in Canada, or Toronto, or my neighbourhood…try and spread the word. Heard about this on the news this morning and its really unusual for something like this to happen around this neighbourhood. So, despite your blog’s theme, reblog.

Those annoying fruit stickers can, apparently, be quiet informative:
- A 4-number code denotes conventionally-grown fruits and vegetables (pesticides used);
- A 5-number code beginning with 8 means, organic or not, the fruit or vegetable was genetically modified (GE or GMO);
- And a 5-number code beginning with 9 means the fruit was organically grown without genetic modification.
I never knew that! :D

Trying to love myself.. Maybe for the very first time
I am a research maniac! I love to read up on things all day long every day on pretty much anything! So it really shouldn’t be that much of a surprise that I stumbled upon what I believe to be a very important life changing movement that is starting to take place!
I know that a lot of people that I follow and even some that are following me post beautiful photographs of gorgeous women who live in a surreal life that we all yearn to live in. They are, what most people see as being, unnaturally thin. With legs for miles and eyes that daze us into watching them glow on our monitors for hours on end. However I always felt that this could be me - if I really tried I could be skinny and beautiful. I could love myself and everyone would gawk at my natural beauty and amazing body.
So I starved myself believing that the less you eat the less you will weigh. I would buy all sorts of supplements from green tea extracts to diet pills that were meant to fill you up and suppress your hunger. I would window shop looking at all the clothing that I would buy myself once I hit a certain target weight. And I would look at pictures friends of mine had posted online of get together s and parties that I would start attending to again once I lost more weight. The weight was not dropping as quickly as my energy levels though, and I began to hate myself more and more every day and night. I began to have break downs whenever I was forced to leave the house or whenever I stepped on the scale - which was multiple times a day. I was miserable and could not see a way out because my way out was loosing weight - and that my body was refusing to because I had forced it into holding onto every inch of fat. It had gone into starvation mode.
I did not understand. I felt that I must be missing something, there has to be another way to do this, to look the way I knew deep down I was meant to look. As well as to feel happiness again. That is when I stumbled across a video, it was of this gorgeous women glowing with happiness and life. She was thin yet fit and to me looked ‘perfect’. So I watched what she had to say and I was further interested. She ate a low fat high carb raw vegan diet or LFRV diet containing of 90% fresh fruit! I thought that this was crazy, how could this be healthy or right or how could she look the way she looks with eating so much fruit! She stated that she ate roughly around 1000 calories per meal a day ( three fruit meals a day). So I did a lot more research on it, and found that there are so many people that have discovered this amazing life style. Giving them the body they want and the energy and vibrancy effortlessly!
I now am on a journey healing myself, of loosing weight and find self love - in the most unexpected of places - my food.
Now I know this has been very long and quickly written, but I just want more people to know about this fruitarian way of living. We are all striving for happiness and perfection yet society keeps feeding us these lies of eating less means you weigh less and buy this diet pill or purchase this miracle pill! When really the miracle is changing our diets to a simpler way of eating. When you cut out all of the factory proccessed chemical pumped genetically enhanced foods - junk or super foods it is not natural and not good for us.
Research for yourself, educate yourself and perhaps you will find out how easy and stress free this way of living is. It brings you the body you have always dreamed of and the energy to actually want to work out and be active and a dis-ease free life.

A must read, telling you the facts that even your doctors will not tell you.. Mostly because they themselves have failed to educate themselves in the field of nutrition
